Samsung is gearing up to unveil its next-generation foldable devices, and the latest certification hints at an imminent launch. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE and Galaxy Z Fold 7 have both received NBTC certification in Thailand, bearing model numbers SM-F761B and SM-F966B, respectively. These listings are a clear indicator that the devices are nearing their official debut, likely at Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event in July.

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE is expected to be a more affordable variant in Samsung’s clamshell lineup, echoing the strategy previously seen with the Fan Edition branding in the Galaxy S and Tab series. While exact specifications remain under wraps, its appearance on the NBTC site confirms LTE/5G network support and readiness for the Thai market. The SM-F761B model is assumed to share many core features with the standard Z Flip 7, but with subtle downgrades to justify the FE label.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 (SM-F966B) is poised to be Samsung’s flagship foldable for 2025. The certification solidifies its global launch trajectory, aligning with earlier reports of mass production ramping up. Expectations are high for design refinements, weight reduction, and upgraded camera hardware compared to its predecessor, the Fold 6.

These certifications follow recent regulatory sightings in other regions, further strengthening the possibility of a multi-market rollout next month. With both FE and flagship models clearing certifications, Samsung appears ready to diversify its foldable lineup for broader audience reach.
