Google has announced the Pixel Buds 2a for the Indian market, offering advanced audio features and smart AI integrations for an enhanced listening experience. Pre-orders began on August 20, 2025, and official sales will start on October 9, 2025.
The Pixel Buds 2a feature custom 11mm drivers and come with Active Noise Cancellation using Silent Seal 1.5, Transparency mode, and Gemini AI support for smarter voice interactions. Additional features include AI-powered Clear Calling, multipoint connectivity, and Fast Pair for seamless device switching.
Powered by the Tensor A1 audio processor, the earbuds deliver crisp and balanced sound. Battery life is impressive, offering up to 10 hours of listening per charge with ANC off, and a total of 27 hours using the charging case. With ANC on, users get around 7 hours per charge, and a quick 5-minute charge provides up to 1 hour of listening.
The earbuds are designed for durability with an IP54 rating for the buds and IPX4 rating for the case, making them sweat- and water-resistant. They are available in two colors: Hazel and Iris.
Priced at ₹12,999 in India, the Pixel Buds 2a combine cutting-edge audio technology with smart AI features, making them a compelling choice for music lovers and productivity-focused users alike.
