vivo is gearing up to launch the new Y400 Pro smartphone in India on June 20, marking the next addition to its popular Y400 series following last year’s Y300 release. The official teaser highlights the device’s dual rear camera setup and promotes it as the slimmest phone with a 3D curved display in its segment, promising an elegant design and immersive viewing experience.

The vivo Y400 Pro will feature a large 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, making it one of the brightest screens in the mid-range category. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM for enhanced multitasking performance. Storage options will include 128GB and 256GB variants, catering to diverse user needs.
On the camera front, the Y400 Pro boasts a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor accompanied by a 2MP ultra-secondary camera to handle depth and portrait effects. A unique Aura Light feature enables smart color temperature adjustment for more natural selfies and photos. The front camera is a sharp 32MP sensor designed for high-quality video calls and selfies. Additionally, the phone includes an IR blaster discreetly positioned in the rear camera decor, offering remote control functionality for compatible devices.
Battery life is backed by a sizable 5,500mAh battery with support for fast 90W charging, ensuring quick power-ups and extended usage on a single charge.
vivo Y400 Pro will be available for purchase starting June 20 across multiple platforms including vivo’s official website, Flipkart, Amazon.in, and offline retail outlets, making it widely accessible to Indian consumers.
